General Terms and Conditions of the "Self-care with CUBE" Contest

1. Contest Organizer

The organizer of the "Self-care with CUBE" contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is Unity Threads s.r.o., with its registered office at Prešovská 45, 821 02 Bratislava, 831 02 Bratislava, Company ID No.: 55596185, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court in Bratislava, Section Sro, File No. 171805/B.

2. Duration of the Contest

The contest begins on December 2, 2025, and is valid through December 7, 2025 (inclusive).

3. Contest location

The contest takes place:

• at the CUBE brick-and-mortar store in the Eurovea shopping center, Pribinova 8, Bratislava,
• online on the organizer’s website: www.cubeshop.sk,
• as well as on related social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).

4. Entry into the Contest

Every customer who makes a purchase at the CUBE Eurovea store or on the online store during the contest period will be automatically entered into the contest.

• Every purchase/transaction counts toward the contest—the more purchases a customer makes, the higher their chances of winning.
• Participation in the contest is not subject to a minimum purchase amount.
• Only individuals over the age of 18 with a delivery address within the Slovak Republic may participate in the contest.

5. Prize

After the contest ends, 1 winner will be drawn to receive a product package with a total value of €242. The winner will be contacted via email or phone call as part of the winner announcement within 7 business days of the contest’s end, and their name or initials will be published on social media and/or the organizer’s website. The prize is not redeemable for cash.

6. Announcement of the Winner

The winner will be announced after the contest ends. The winner will be selected at random from among all valid purchases entered into the contest. Each purchase (receipt) will count as a separate entry in the drawing.

The winner will be contacted via the phone number or email address provided at the time of purchase.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the first attempt (by phone or email), or does not respond to the request, the prize will be forfeited and the Organizer will contact the alternate winner, who was selected as the next in line.

7. Terms of Participation

Any natural person over the age of 18 with permanent residence in the Slovak Republic may participate in the contest. Employees of the Organizer and their close relatives are excluded from participation.

If a contest participant cancels or returns the order/purchase on the basis of which they were entered into the drawing, the Organizer reserves the right to revoke their prize or exclude them from the contest.

For an order/purchase to be eligible for the contest, it must be fully paid by the date the results are announced.

8. Privacy Policy

By participating in the contest, the participant consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of conducting the contest in accordance with applicable laws and the Organizer’s privacy policy available at  https://www.cubeshop.sk/podmienky-ochrany-osobnych-udajov/

Legal basis for processing

• Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – the organizer’s legitimate interest in conducting the contest
• Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation

Retention period

• The winner’s data will be retained for a maximum of 12 months after the end of the contest, or for the period specified by law.

Rights of Data Subjects

Participants have the right to:

• access their data,
• rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of their data,
• object to processing,
• file a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.

Final Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to change the contest rules, shorten, extend, suspend, or cancel the contest without compensation. The current rules will always be available on the website www.cubeshop.sk.
