How do I place an order?

Select the desired quantity for each product and click "Add to Cart." Repeat this process for every product you wish to purchase. Then go to your shopping cart by clicking the icon in the upper-right corner of the website. Check that all the items you want to purchase are in the cart and click “Continue.” Select the delivery country, shipping method, and payment method, then click “Continue” again. You will be redirected to the payment gateway; once the order is paid for, it is considered confirmed. However, if you have chosen in-store pickup with payment at the store, your order will be confirmed at this point.

Make sure you have received your order confirmation via email, and enjoy the anticipation of receiving your special purchase.

What is the shipping cost?
If the value of the goods in your order exceeds €100, shipping is automatically free. If your order does not exceed €100, you will be charged a fee of €3.50 for delivery by courier to your address or for delivery to a Packeta pickup point. In-store pickup at Eurovea is free for orders of any value.

When and how will I receive my package?
Orders are typically shipped no later than the next business day after the order is completed. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email notification confirming its shipment. The selected shipping company will then contact you regarding the delivery date of the package to your address or pickup location.

Can I change the delivery location and time?
Of course. Once the package has been picked up, the carrier will send you an email with the tracking number and details about the scheduled delivery. You can use this email to adjust the delivery time and location. If you have any other delivery-related requests, you can contact your chosen carrier, Packeta, directly at info@packeta.sk.

In the event of non-delivery or loss of the package, you can contact our logistics partner, Packeta, by email at info@packeta.sk. For faster processing, please include the package tracking number you received via email along with the shipment information in your message. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us via email at cubee1@cubeshop.sk.

I want to return/file a complaint about an item. What should I do?


I. RETURNING ITEMS

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it. The customer must keep the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) in order to return the item.

If your order was delivered by courier/to a pickup point fill out the return form on the e-shop website. You can find it here: Return form

Pack the unworn goods in their original packaging with all manufacturer labels attached, along with the invoice, and send them to us by mail or courier to the address UNITY THREADS s.r.o., Račianska 3316/70, 831 02 Bratislava.

The invoice is automatically generated when the shipping company marks your order as delivered and will be sent to the email address provided in the order within 24 hours of the package being received. If you cannot find the invoice in your inbox, please check your spam and promotional mail folders.

Once your return has been processed, the refund will be sent to the bank account number provided on the return form.

II. WARRANTY CLAIMS

You may file a warranty claim within 2 years of purchase. The customer must retain proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) in order to return the item.

If your order was delivered by courier or to a pickup location listed on the e-shop website, please fill out the return form. You can find it here: Return form 

Please send the goods along with the invoice to UNITY THREADS s.r.o., Račianska 3316/70, 831 02 Bratislava.

After processing the goods and reviewing your request, you will receive a notification regarding your return.

When and how will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return shipment, we will process it and send you a credit memo via email. The refund will be deposited into the bank account you provided on the return form within 14 days.

Will I have to pay for shipping when returning or filing a complaint about the goods?
The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning goods or filing a complaint. You can send the goods by mail or courier.

Payment Options
I. In-Person Pickup at CUBE Eurovea:
For in-person pickup, you can choose to pay for the goods when placing your order via the e-shop, where you have the following options: Online card payment, Online bank transfer, Google Pay, or Bitcoin. Or, you can pay by card or cash when picking up in-person at the store.

II. Delivery to one of Packeta’s pickup locations
You pay when placing your order on the e-shop. You can choose from the following options: Online card payment, Online bank transfer, Google Pay, or Bitcoin.

 III. Delivery by Packeta courier to your address
You pay when placing your order on the e-shop. You can choose from the following options: online card payment, online bank transfer, Google Pay, or Bitcoin.
