If any provision of the Privacy Policy is inconsistent with the user’s wishes, the user should discontinue visiting and using the store’s services.

The controller has the right to process the provided data for the duration of the consent.

The purpose of processing the user’s personal data is to enable the user to receive the newsletter (electronic informational bulletin) they have requested by sending such a newsletter from the controller to the contact addresses provided by the user, primarily in electronic form.
ACCURACY
By voluntarily providing personal data, the user declares that the data provided is accurate, truthful, and up-to-date; otherwise, the user is liable for any damage that may be caused to the operator by providing inaccurate, untrue, or outdated data.
The user is required to notify the operator of any changes to the personal data they have provided.
DATA TRANSFER AND AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
The user’s personal data will not be disclosed or provided to third parties, will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union, and the controller will not use it to make automated decisions that are significant to the user.
ORDER PROCESSING
An order placed on the online store www.cubeshop.sk will be processed upon fulfillment of the condition of providing the personal data listed below:

2. Company ID number (if required)
3. Shipping address/Billing address

3. Erasure of your personal data, particularly if the purpose of processing has ceased to exist or you have withdrawn your consent to processing,
4. Transfer of your personal data to another controller in a structured and machine-readable format.
You also have the right to request, by written notice or email (to cubee1@cubeshop.sk):
1. Withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, effective as of the date of receipt of the notice, if the processing of personal data is based on consent; the lawfulness of the processing prior to receipt of the notice of withdrawal of consent shall remain unaffected,
2. If the processing of personal data is not based on your consent, object to the processing for reasons related to your personal situation or if you suspect that the data is being processed unlawfully.
You also have the right to file a complaint or request an investigation into the processing of your personal data with the Office for Personal Data Protection, as the supervisory authority for the Slovak Republic.
The rights of a user and/or member may be restricted if such a restriction is provided for by a specific regulation, or if exercising those rights would violate the user’s protection or infringe upon the rights and freedoms of other data subjects.
