How to proceed with a return or complaint?

Return form

1. Fill out the form – click on the form, which will open in a new window, and fill in the marked fields (just click on the field to start typing)
2. Save the form
3. Send the completed form to us via email at cubee1@cubeshop.sk
4. Pack unworn, undamaged merchandise in its original packaging with tags attached and send it to the following address: UNITY THREADS s.r.o., Račianska 3316/70, 831 02 Bratislava, tel. +421 917 822 624.
5. (When sending the package, please include the following note for the courier: “Palma complex, warehouse no. 24”)
